Selecting a printer from a non-domain computer

R- click on the DESKTOP

choose NEW - SHORTCUT

Enter in the location box:

\\civil-01.cee.wsu.edu

Hit NEXT

Enter a name (suggestion: CEE Printers)

Hit NEXT

The shortcut will appear on the desktop

Highlight the shortcut and hit ENTER

Input your account name preceded with CEE\ and your password

The printer window will open

Select the printer by highlighting it and pressing the ENTER key
